Ok...so I know this topic has been beat to death but I'm still gonna see if I can pull the experts out of the woodwork. For the record...I've searched, found, and read other similar posts as well as the wiki on dellorto phbg tuning. Still not 100% on things. So here goes......
1980 e50...new seals and bearings. Case matched and ports chamfered. Airsal 65cc kit with k-star hi comp head. 19mm dellorto phbg with metal screen air filter. Black boss pipe. Will be running 16x38 gearing.
Carb came with 98 main and 55 idle. I replaced with 80 main and 40 idle just because I thought that would be a good start. Now...nothing is installed on bike yet but could someone please point me in the right direction as to where to start please...so I'm not chasing my tail. Not a race bike but want a good running moped
