Maxi has no top end (7 replies)

Hey guys I am stumped trying to troubleshoot this issue. Bike starts and idles nicely, great throttle response and power all the way to WOT, but for some reason hits a wall at 35mph and won't go any faster. Parts list as follows.

K-star 70cc kit w/hi comp head
Rito stuffed crank
Stock 2 shoe clutch w/blue springs
19mm phbg clone w/mesh screen filter
45 idle, w7 needle at top notch, currently at a 70 main jet
HPI CDI w/mini rotor set at 20deg advance
Estoril side bleed pipe
Stock gearing 17x45

Any suggestions on what to adjust would be greatly appreciated!
