Here's my Puch Newport ZA50 build...
In the beginning there was this, picked up off Craigslist for more than I should've paid...

Then I kept reading on mods here at moped army. On Bkack Friday, I ordered the following. Some items won't work, live and learn.
From treats:
Treats 70cc reed kit especiale
70cc hi hi compression head
Mikuni VM20 carb and jets
Polini single petal (or is it a 2-petal) reed
MLM intake
Estoril rear bleed exhaust
Drive chain
Pedal chain
New engine shaft seals
New gaskets
20t front sprocket
35t rear sprocket
18t freewheel (NFG - too small to clear the swingarm)
Knarps
New Magura grips
Magura control hardware
Misc parts
Zundapp low bars
EBR inverted forks (should have been 23" overall length but treats sent me 25" ones. waiting for there response now)
Front wheel sealed bearing conversion
Front 12mm axle with spacers
Headset bearing set

Paz pucks
17x2.25 house tire (NFG - too stiff and I switch to IRC zap)
17x2.75 house tire (NFG - too big to fit a Maxi rear fender)

Socket head cap screws stainless for everything!
Widened swingarm (no longer needed)
Powder coated everything that was a color gloss black
40mph speedo
A whole bunch more I can't remember
