here are my treats 70cc reed modifications (19 replies)

space it up with base gasket/time it

cut the high comp o-ring head to match piston with proper squish...out of the box squish works in reverse compared to the crown of the piston

i did this with a dremel




solder test..1.2mm exact


added two more boost ports...raised exhaust...cleaned/matched/chamfered all windows




the piston window was cut to match the width of all three ports...I have cleaned it up since the pic

case matched..internals smoothed out and textured




i went with two snap ring bearings on this one





filled in void to match malossi 4 petal reed intake with JB weld




smooth

estoril hacked up to match...cleaned out all obstructions











kickstand and pedals clear
